Shipping & returns

SHIPMENT

  • Your order will be shipped within 7 working days (if the product is in stock) after we have received full payment for the order. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the track and trace code of the package and the carrier. This allows you to track the package yourself up to the mailbox.
  • We ship within the Netherlands with the following carriers: DHL and PostNL. We ship packages outside the Netherlands with various carriers, including DHL. Of course a track and trace code is added.
  • Import duties, taxes and customs fees that apply to your order, Equestar equestrian is not responsible for. All charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Equestar equestrian ships orders worldwide within 7 working days (provided the product is in stock) after we have received full payment for the order. If 1 or more items of your order are currently not in stock, you will be contacted by our customer service.
  • Normally, your order will remain pending until all items are in stock, so that everything can be shipped at the same time.
  • The shipping costs differ per country and order value and are calculated on the basis of the rates of the various carriers.

RETURN

  • Under EU law you have the right to return your purchase within 30 days. Make sure you return the product within 30 days and make sure it is properly packaged, in the original packaging, unused and with all labels attached.
  • The costs of return, customs, VAT upon import or any other costs are for your own account.
  • If you want to change the size of a product you have purchased, please return the original products as described above and reorder the product in the webshop in the correct size.
  • You are responsible for the package until Equestar equestrian has received the package. Always make sure to keep a copy of your proof of postage.
  • Equestar equestrian is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.
  • Did you receive your order damaged? Please contact us directly and keep all packing materials and damaged goods.
  • Once your return has been received and all packaging conditions have been met, we will refund the product.
  • Refunds will only be made without exception to the original bank account used for the original purchase.
