Terms & conditions


1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Equestar equestrian and purchasers of goods and services.

1.2 By placing the order you acknowledge that you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

2.1 Orders can be placed via the website or by contacting Equestar on Facebook and Instagram.

2.2 There is no minimum order amount.

2.3 The agreement is concluded when Equestar equestrian has processed your order.

3. Sale via the internet shop

3.1 The Internet operates manually. We reserve the right not to deliver purchased items if the item is no longer available within 3 weeks, as sales exceeded expectations and we may not get the item delivered on time.

4. Prices

4.1 The applicable prices stated on the recently published website of Equestar equestrian.

4.2 As long as the agreement has not been concluded, Equestar equestrian is entitled to change the prices and other conditions stated on the website.

4.3 All prices include packaging costs and VAT, excluding transport costs and shipping costs, unless stated otherwise or agreed in writing.


5.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.

5.2 Once the carrier has established that it has been "delivered", Equestar equestrian cannot hold the purchased shipment responsible for its loss. In this case, the customer will have to address the transport.

5.3 From the moment the order is paid, the order will be shipped within 7 working days. Unfortunately, limiting factors can always prevent this from working.

5.4 The delivery times are indicative only stated at Equestar equestrian. Late delivery does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or to dissolve the agreement, unless the delay in delivery is such that you cannot reasonably be required to maintain the agreement. You are then entitled to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement if necessary.


6.1 You can pay in the following ways: - You pay cash or with a tikkie when you pick up your order at the address of Equestar equestrian. - You choose credit card, paypal, mastercard or IDEAL You choose the payment method yourself in the ordering process of our internet shop.

7. Warranty

7.1 The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Normal wear and tear is of course not covered by the warranty.

7.2 Warranty claims can only be submitted within 14 days after discovery of the defect by e-mail or message to Equestar equestrian, namely with a short description of the defect and sending a copy of the invoice.

7.3 This guarantee means that the conditions set out in 7.2, Equestar equestrian will repair or replace the product or the purchase price or any part thereof (at the option of Equestar equestrian), without any costs having to be paid.

7.4 This warranty does not apply if: You have made changes to the item; there are defects caused by incorrect or improper use, such as non-compliance with the accompanying instructions.
